Terms & Conditions

Our General Business Terms & Conditions are listed below. Please read these prior to purchasing.

Pick-Up is available from our premises in Ripplebrook, VIC if you are nearby. Please arrange a time prior as we do not accept walk-ins. 
We also offer a Pick-Up and Drop-Off system for our local customers, please contact us for a quote on travel fee. 

All orders must be paid in full prior to postage. All repairs and washing must be paid for prior to pick up/delivery. If no payment made in 2 months we reserve the rights to sell your rugs for cost of repair. No accounts will be offered.

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. Murrong Equestrian will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost in transit or damaged. We take no responsibility for the goods once they are posted. If this concerns you, we can ship your order with transit insurance - however this will be at your cost. Please contact us to arrange this immediately after you place your order at info@murrongequestrian.com.au.

Order Turn-around 
Our Turn-around for orders is a maximum of  3 weeks. Please add an additional 10 days for your order to be received from Australia Post. 
PLEASE NOTE: If you require your order by a certain date, then contact MUST be made prior to placing the order to ensure the deadline can be made. 

Returns & Exchanges 
We are happy to exchange items if they do not fit. However, they must be returned to us in the same quality they were sent out. If we receive a returned exchanged order that is Dirty, Hairy or has been washed, we unfortunately will have to charge a new fee for the exchanged item. 

If a product is found to have a minor problem, we are more than happy to fix it free of charge. If a product is found to have a major problem (not caused by wear of horse or person), we will provide a refund via the original method of payment. Please contact us to arrange this.
